Our tenant find only service is perfect for those with a little more experience in renting properties. in this service we will include the referencing of tenants and drawing up the agreement, The rent collection, deposit registration & maintenance would be down to the landlord. We would have no further involvement at this point, any dealings are between landlord & tenant.
Maximum fee - half the first months rent
Minimum fee – £300 + VAT
This service is the same as above but in addition we register the deposit for you with the TDS which is a protected scheme and provide your tenants with a registration certificate. We provide the inventory & check out report with this, concluding a report with detailed photographic evidence.
The deposit package is charge in addition to the above at a maximum fee of £200 + VAT
This service is perfect for those who are inexperienced, time restricted or just do not want the hassle! With this service we provide all of the above plus many more features such as regular inspections, contacting utility companies with meter readings, rent collection, maintenance issues, deal with deposit return and arrange all certificates in order to meet the legal requirements to rent the property.
We have one of the largest management portfolios in the East Midlands. In addition to the traditional methods of advertising such as display windows and local press, details of your property including photos and floorplans are able to be uploaded to our live web site immediately on return from the valuation.
This gives us the advantage of being able to market your property quicker than any other agent; our website automatically feeds to all our property portals including rightmove, primelocation, findaproperty and propertyfinder to name a few. SMS messaging and Email details of your property are automatically sent out to all our registered potential tenants with matching requirements.
At Rex Gooding we believe that communication is vital and our lettings team is highly geared towards Client updates regarding viewings and potential tenants.
