Correct Valuations

All lettings are valued at a rental which we believe is achievable, yet maximises your return without simply applying an unrealistic figure in order to win instructions.

All of our valuation work is undertaken by fully experienced valuers whose principle aim is to provide a realistic valuation figure while at the same time meaning we have to work hard in order to achieve this.

Experienced Management

We have one of the largest management portfolios in the East Midlands. We look after in excess of 1200 properties with over 850 being fully managed by our experienced management team under the one roof in West Bridgford. Properties range from one bedroom apartments to substantial county houses with land. In addition to introducing vetted and referenced prospective tenants our management services also includes:-

  • Preparation of professional Tenancy Agreements tailored to suit the Landlord’s requirements.
